Our clients are an award winning multi-disciplined engineering practice; providing engineering design solutions for projects across water, waste, buildings, chemical, energy, nuclear, renewable's and transportation sectors.
They are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team of professional Engineers based in Frodsham, North West.
The successful candidate will be :
• A good problem solver and effective communicator who possess flexibility, initiative and enjoy a varied role.
• Supervising and mentoring a team of Graduate and Electrical Engineers, the workload is an extremely varied one and there will be opportunities to become involved with some very challenging projects.
You must have :
• Some experiences of running small and large multi-discipline design projects including programming and resource planning as well as the ability to prepare design deliverables such as Control Philosophy/FDS, SLD, BCD, schedules, loop drawings and cable calculations together with LV, HV, ATEX and SIL design experience.
• Knowledge of Amtech ProDesign, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
• Ideally candidates should have achieved Chartered Engineer status with an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering, or other closely related subject, with some experiences of working in a design office environment.
• A full UK driving licence is also a prerequisite for the role.
Salary is circa £35 - £45K.
