Our client was established in 1988, they are a very successful Construction Consultancy Practice employing Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Project Managers and CDM Coordinators. They provide a national service from their offices in Manchester, Lincolnshire and London through a team of 30 highly motivated individuals.
They are currently looking to employ a ‘Project Level Quantity Surveyor’, for their Manchester office (near Stockport). The successful applicant will have 5 to 10 years post-graduation experience and a background in multiple, small to medium sized projects - up to c.£5m.

Applicants must be excellent communicators, self-motivated, ambitious and prepared to work within a small team of likeminded individuals. They will also possess strong IT skills, be proficient at pre & post contract duties and be prepared to travel within the UK.
The successful applicant will receive an attractive remuneration package including a car allowance, pension contributions, and potential for annual company performance bonuses. They offer 20 days holiday in addition to the office closure during Christmas period.
In summary, all applicants should possess the following skills:
• MRICS or APC with at least 18 months experience logged
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong IT Skills – using Microsoft Office Package including MS Project and the latest file sharing platforms
• Excellent personal communication and negotiation skills
• Have a stable proven career history
• Possess a full UK Driving License and be willing to travel nationally
