Fast Track litigator wanted!
RTA caseload of litigated, non-portal claims - 60%+ of all claims will go through the litigated process. You should have solid technical skills and a good background in non-portal and litigated claimant personal injury claims. Work quality is excellent and you will be supported with a state of the art case management system. You could be a legal executive, FCILEX or solicitor provided you are confortable handling a heavy 250+ file caseload. This firm has a national network of offices and is expertly placed to be one of the big winners in the post-Jackson world - national contracts of work suppliers (non-CMC) and great prospects for future advancement. Salary £28k + benefits - based in Bolton
