Nugent Education Ltd (Est. 2004) can embody key themes like the 2012 Olympics, or The Queen's Diamond Jubilee - celebrations and events involving children, young people or adults.
For over seven years Nugent Education Ltd has provided CRB checked (fully insured) and experienced activity or workshop artists to deliver a range of creative, performing and urban arts workshops, and programmes, to children and young people including children with disabilities (7 – 21yrs) across the UK. We normally deliver to groups of up to 20 participants’ per artist.
Working with some of the best artists and practitioners, we have a proven track record of achievement in providing excellent workshops.
To make things easy, our artists will travel to and deliver at your venue, practically anywhere in the UK.
The workshops you can book include:
• Kids crafts ideas and recycled crafts
• African drumming and dance
• graffiti art and mural art
• Popular rapping
• music production
• Photography
• DJ workshops
• Jamaican cookery with healthy eating
• makeup, hair & beauty
• Japanese Origami
• Street dance
• Break dancing
• Latin dance
• Creative writing
• Cultural crafts

These can run from anything from a one-hour workshop, to a six to eight week programme (6 week or 6 x 2hr courses list). They can be educational or part of a school curriculum, or used as a positive youth engagement activity.
The costs are:
£130.00 for a 1hr taster session
£195.00 for 2hrs (recommended session length suitable for most workshops)
£315.00 for a full day (cost effective when used to deliver to more than 1 group in the day)
(There are also travel costs (variable), materials if needed and a small 4% administration fee)

We have a proven track record of successful delivery, and there are numerous examples of recent positive feedback on our website.
We deliver from Carlisle, to Manchester, Liverpool, Flintshire Birmingham, Derby, and London and beyond. We are available for residencies’ anywhere in the UK.
Summer 2013 will be a busy time for artists, so if you are interested in booking any of these, please don’t leave it too long. Early booking will insure the availability of our best practitioners.
